Setting Up iViewer

  1. To get started, download Vivotek iViewer. You can click on the appropriate app store link above or access the app store app on your phone.

2. Once the app is installed. Open up app and tap on the horizontal lines in the top left-side.

3. Then tap on where it is says "Add Devices"

3. Now tap on the option labeled "Add Devices".

4. You will now input the given data from your Convergent technology at this point.

  • Address = WAN Address / Public IP

  • Port#, which unless you have multiple NVRS will be the default port# 3454.

  • Username

  • Password

5. After entering all the aforementioned information, press the plus sign located at the bottom. If all the provided details are accurate, a green check mark will be displayed.
